Looking at the test file in VideoRedo suggests it contains 1080i H264 video 25FPS and 3 audio tracks, 1 x AC3/5. Unfortunately the screen turns black when I click on one although the sound seems to play. If you purchase DSF format rips or someone gives them to you JRivers is going to convert them to a PCM format and you will not be benefiting form the extra expensive of purchasing the download or trouble ripping the file for you due to your DAC only handling PCM format.
